The sample demo
The demo uses fictional belongings and relatives. Changes are stored locally in your browser. They are not shared with relatives. Clearing your browser’s site data removes these saved changes.
Signing in
The workspace uses Sign in with ChatGPT. The application receives a site-specific user identifier, your sign-in email and, when available, your display name. These identify your membership of a family workspace; the demo does not require sign-in.
The shared workspace being prepared
The application is designed to store inventory descriptions, photos, interests, plans, item-specific will instructions, family membership and activity records in hosted storage. Members of the same workspace can see its shared information. The organiser records plans; joined family members can help invite named relatives. Testing should use fictional or properly anonymised documents. Do not add identification documents, bank information or unrelated sensitive information.
Optional document and photo analysis
Smart import is in preparation and analysis is disabled until its service connection is configured and tested. When enabled and requested by an authorised organiser, selected PDF documents and photographs are submitted to OpenAI to prepare draft item descriptions and possible document matches. Original files, suggestions and review progress are stored in the workspace. The API request sets store:false; this is not a promise of zero provider retention. Provider retention, overseas processing, deletion and contractual arrangements require review before using real client documents. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete; the organiser reviews them before adding items. Do not submit law-firm or client documents without permission and appropriate anonymisation.
Payments
When enabled, payments will use Stripe-hosted checkout. Legacy will retain customer and subscription identifiers and status; it will not collect card details in its own forms. No payment is currently taken.
Hosting and requests
The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare database and file storage. Hosting and sign-in providers process requests under their own terms. This site also requests fonts from Google Fonts.
Before live launch
The operator’s legal identity, retention and deletion periods, incident process, overseas processing disclosures, backup recovery arrangements and access/correction procedures must be finalised and reviewed. The build supports exporting the current family record. Automated account deletion and full recovery testing are not yet complete.
